This enchanting vacation home is housed inside a stone farmhouse with a rustic profile cared for in every detail nestled in the Tuscan countryside in an unspoiled environment overlooking the rows of vines placed at the foot of the Sasso Simone massif. A haven of peace and tranquility for those who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Coaching House

The Villa is situated in an ancient country building located in Arezzo, twenty minutes walk from the historic center and surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants within a few minutes walk. By car you reach the downtown and the treain station in about 10 minutes; moreover, the structure is close to places of interest such as the Equestrian Centre.

The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable, with a wonderful view over the "Montefeltro". The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
