New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Graded 4 star by Visit Wales it has 4 double beds, (1 en suite), plus 1 room with 2 single beds, plus a bath and shower room. (3 bathrooms in total). There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
