THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. Josies Studio is your home away from home. Only 5 minutes to the heart of the Hunter Valley and all the amazing food and wine it has to offer. A wide selection of great activities are also available, including golf, hot air ballooning. The Studio is a recently converted, secure space with private access. We also offer restaurant transfers and wine tours for a small additional cost. Josies is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
