Waterfront Boathouse - Drift Cottage
An Old boathouse right on the waterfront with ever changing views and sunsets. Turnchapel is a beautiful village with two superb pubs and a café. There is a decked terrace, two large balconies and a private garden leading to a floating pontoon and secluded pebble beach all exclusively for guests. Very cosy with an open fire from an old ship and the house is full of antiques. Plenty of beaches, walks, ferries and activities nearby. Open fire Dogs welcome. Monday and Friday check ins.

Here you have a patio to enjoy stunning views over the countryside. This idyllic setting is perfect for couples or those on business. Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

The Garden Studio at the Tithe Barn
The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth. The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.

The Crows Nest
Turnchapel is a small village located opposite Plymouth City sculptured from some incredible history and stories. A short walk down the hill will bring you to some of the best pubs in Plymouth including the Clovelly Bay Inn, renowned for its amazing food! Stunning beaches and a vast choice of coastal paths meaning there is always plenty to keep you busy during your stay. Plymouth Hoe and City centre can be easily accessed using the Mount Batten Ferry.

Private self contained first floor flat near beach
The accommodation is the entire first floor of a detached house in a quiet area with a beach nearby. Guests have parking on the driveway and access via a private door. This leads to stairs to the first floor, this will be solely for guests. This area consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a third smaller room to prepare and heat food, dine and watch TV. This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay.
