A large sectional couch can combine into almost a queen-sized bed to sleep up to two additional guests. The unit has a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is equipped with a rain-style shower-head, and marble furnishings. Located in the heart of downtown, shopping centers, markets, and grocery stores in town are all within 3-minute walking distance from the building. Stroll just 2 blocks to reach the nightlife, bars, and restaurants of action-packed 5th Avenue. Cabs are cheap especially if you speak spanish, the building is a 2 minute walk from 5th avenue, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes from the entertainment district, and 1-minute from the bus station to Cancun, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, and Tulum. Cheap car rental companies are just one street away as well. I believe in energy efficiency, and so tenants in my units pay their own electricity. The unit has two air conditioners and if they're used 24/7, this will add to costs, as Mexico employs an escalating electricity scale from 0.7-8.5 pesos/kwh. The more that is used each month, the higher the applied rate. At the start of each stay, a rental representative will show the initial meter number, and the number at the end of the stay. The difference is to be paid in cash at a rate of 4 pesos/kwh. Please conserve energy if you can. Laundry is free for guests staying a week or more, but must be activated at the front desk. Small building fee charged to short stay guests. If you want late check out, and it conflicts with the next check in, or the cleaning schedule, Carmen Sol Rentals reserves the right to charge $20 extra for the cleaning service's inconvenience. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It's in the Centro neighbourhood which means you're at the center of everything, but away from the nightlife noise. There's a huge MEGA supermarket 1 block away, the DAC gourmet supermarket is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 4 blocks away. The restaurants, bars and night life on 5th Avenue are 2 blocks away, the ADO bus station (Ave 20 and Street 12) is 1 block away, and the ferry to Cozumel is 20 minutes on foot. The beach is only an 8 minute walk! The condo is 62 square meters (about 650 square feet); it's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The bedroom is completely private; separate from the living/dining/kitchen area. It has marble floors, silestone countertops and gets lots of sunlight. The building is new and everything inside the condo is also new and very clean. Guests have access to rooftop pool, lounge, bar and eating areas, gym, spa (extra fee), common gardens on ground floor, underground parking (1 space only), and washer (extra fee). You have the condo all to yourselves. We live in Mexico City. Property Manager available as needed. The condo is in the Colonia Centro (downtown), right in the middle of all the action but away from the vibrant nightlife. The beach is only an 8-minute walk (4 blocks away). Everything you need is walking distance: grocery stores, buses, taxis, bars, restaurants, and tour operators are all steps away. Options for all tastes and budgets -from the ultra chic, high-dollar rooftop bar to the laid back, back-packer taco stand- are within the immediate vicinity. You can walk everywhere, or walk two blocks to taxi stands, or walk 1 block to bus station. It has underground, covered, secure parking so you can drive to the building and drive to nearby sights. - Maximum capacity: 4 persons. - Guests assume all risk for loss or injury while using the property. - Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. - Please ask if we can accommodate a different arrival time, or shorter stays.

In the bathroom we put towels, shampoo, body wash 🧴 It is close to Chedraui, you can walk there 5-8 minutes. Is one block from the Main Street Juarez Avenue, were you can take a taxi or a van. In Juarez avenue are few small restaurants, laundry, groceries store Oxxo. It is 3 blocks from hiway where you can take the vans to Tulum or Cancún. 20 minutos walking to the beach.
