Originally built to the design of the owner, this villa has a lovely, unique layout. The ground floor has a spacious living area, open plan fully equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms - each with its own bathroom On the first level is a double bedroom with en-suite leading out to the roof terrace. The garden area is private with its own pool to cool you off on those warm sunny days. Just beyond the garden gate is the village of La Caleta where you can cross the road and enjoy the seafront.

Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
