It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Soba se nalazi u objektu Villa Riva, u samom srcu Jelse, prvi red do mora s prekrasnim pogledom na luku i susjedni otok Brač. Samo minuta hoda do prve plaže i 7 minuta ugodne šetnje kroz borovu šumu do prvih skrivenih plaža. Soba ima veliki bračni krevet, wc, TV, frižider, kuhalo za vodu, osnovni probor za jelo i piće. Wi-Fi, klima-uređaj i parking su uključeni u cijenu.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
