This is a furnished basement apartment. I am near shopping, sandcastle water park, restaurants, and Kennywood. I am walking distance to the bus line and one straight bus ride to Oakland and universities and hospitals. It isn't too far to Southside, downtown, uptown or sporting events. It is walking distance to the library, gym, Carnegie Music Hall, a park, Improv comedy club and a brewery. We have a great outside area with tiki bar for guests to enjoy in the summer time. Onsite coin laundry. There is damage on the entry floor near the bathroom.

Features two twin beds, one queen bed, and a futon, making it perfect for groups or families looking to enjoy a unique stay. We have a hot tub located at the rear of the houseboat, where you can unwind and take in the scenic views. Please note that our houseboat is located at a private dock that we also use for our Bowfishing charters, which may create some activity until 1:30 AM. We appreciate your understanding.
