Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Tudor Farm Serenity Cottage

Experience the serenity of waking up on a horse farm while being just minutes to major attractions like the World Equestrian Center (4 miles), Silver Springs State Park (12 miles), and a multitude of other natural and fun attractions. This 521sq. ft. cottage was built in 2021 and has all the comforts and conveniences of being in your own home. Come relax amidst the oak trees and the surrounding horse pastures …or bring your own horse to board in a private pasture outside the cottage (extra).

Sit on the shaded-open patio and enjoy the fountain and nature. Biking and hiking trails, boating, fishing, relaxing, and/or exploring are all available here. Among others, visit Rainbow River, The World Equestrian Center, Hernando Lake, and Crystal River. Dine on the water at Stumpknockers, Blue Gator, or Stumpys restaurants.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Are you looking for a relaxing weekend away? This spot has it all! Tucked under Nature Coast's majestic live oak trees, this tiny barn is as relaxing as it comes. Wake up in the morning and open the patio doors to hear the birds singing and watch the sunrise while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in an adirondack chair. Enjoy the evenings with a bonfire and cook out using our outdoor kitchenette. Our fully fenced yard allows your fuzzy friend to roam free while you relax!

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
