Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. Our Cottage will let you feel at peace, yet drive you to explore and experience; it will let you expand your comfort zone, while providing a cozy space to rest and recover. For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Of course each guest has individual needs and we are happy to meet them. Let yourself unwind and explore life beyond the daily routine! Located in the heart of boulder, the location simply cannot be beat: walk to world-class dining and cultural experiences at the Pearl St. Mall in downtown Boulder. Don't worry about your car, it will have its own private off-street parking spot, get on your walking shoes and hit the streets! No Car Required!! But a private parking spot is available. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

This charming 1915 Victorian house is located on a quiet street with walking distance to Pearl Street. Renovated interior: original floors, claw footed tub, and an eclectic mix of furniture. A view of the mountains can be seen from the front porch and the upstairs deck. Upstairs has one bedroom, bathroom, and loft area with 2 twin XL beds. The 2nd bedroom is actually a loft (no door), there is no option on this platform for a loft space with beds. Backyard has a patio, waterfall, and pergola.
