This beautifully remodeled guest casita is centrally-located within Tucson. Walking distance to the Tucson Mall, the loop, many restaurants and parks. The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. The casita is located between the Golf Course and Tubac village. The casita has a private bedroom and bathroom with outside entrance. The private yard has a covered porch and outdoor kitchen. Inside is a king-size bed, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Amenities include WIFI, local TV, Peacock. Weekly and long stay discounts.
