Originally built in 1920as a Sinclair Gas Station and used throughout the years as numerous things, this space has been turned into a perfect getaway location in Downtown Troy right off the bustling Square. This beautiful 1900's home has been renovated and consists of 5 individual units. This home is located just blocks from Troy University and with in walking distance of our beautiful downtown square. The police department is only one block from the home and provides an extra layer of safety for all guests. The home is currently undergoing exterior renovations and renovations on the back side of the property. The front two units are available for short term rentals.
