Walks in the woods along the paths or on country roads will delight you with the natural beauty of this setting. Many birds such as the Great Blue Heron roost in trees by lake and fish from our bulkhead. Yet it is located just 15 minutes from bustling downtown Greenville, the Peace Center or Furman University and 30 minutes from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is next cove over. Clemson golf course across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

Inside you’re Equipped with a kitchen, full bath, WiFi, smart tv , queen bed and separate work space . Outside you have seating for 4 and a propane fire pit.
