This top modern 26 floor high-rise "Residence H" building. Service Safety and Guarding: 24 hours service & security personel guarding, entrance & reception area. Reception on ground floor open daily 9am - 5pm. The building has three elevators and access to floor levels by using plastic programmed cards. (on your arrival , the 24 hours security guard/s will help access the elevator and push "25th" floor level-knob) The elevator access cards - two plastic cards which you receive on arrival to your apartment, - the access cards are put on the kitchen table. This on 25th floorlevel 65 m² large, modern, beautiful, non-smoking apartment concist of: All rooms are equipped with silent windfree inverter-technology airconditions. Livingroom: The large livingroom has a comfortable, cozy, full size 3 (4) -seat sofa and the 46 inch full HD smart-TV with VPN connected to the home WiFi network. Balcony has an Electrolux washingmashine with dry hanger. Kitchen: The fully equipped induction stove kitchen and has a 4 seat dining table together with cooking-pots and frying pan and all utencils, porcelains , plates, cups (coffe & tea) , glasses etc. including wineglasses. Separate watercooker. The large fridge with freezer and an icecube maker. There is a bathroom with shower & toilet, beside the kitchen. (The main bedroom also has a shower & toilet). Bedrooms: The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with comfort spring matress and 100 % cotton beddings together with separate toilet/shower and a electric-hairdryer. There is also a small separate table for work or makeup incl. mirror. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 32 inch large full HD smart-TV with VPN and connected to the home WiFi internet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 100 % cotton bedding and also has an area for work and makeup incl. mirror. Both bedrooms/showers include: bathtowels as well as "Dove" soap & toiletpaper. On top floor: Large infinity swimmingpool 25m length with kids pool & relaxing sunchairs. Adjacent to the swimmingpool area there is a walking/rest area with trees and flowers, for outdoor relaxing. Extensively equipped State of the art Gym which also is adjacent to the common bar. There is a relaxing room, with rest-chairs, together with both Finnish Sauna & Steam-Sauna including showers/toilets and dressingroom with lockers. Serviced Sky Bar with refreshing cold drinks beers & snacks. (placed in the common area in between -The Gym and -The Sauna, relaxing area). Common area: The three in house elevators have, by using the plastic cards, access to your apartment floor level as well as to top swimmingpool/gym area & ground floor (reception area). (For your security: you will not have elevator access to other apartment floors). Parking: You have motorbike area on level -1 and -2 (free 2 bikes). In case you need auto-car parking, (please contact for arranging). Free auto-car parking outside of the building. For your safety: This apartment building is a nonsmoking building, both in common areas as well in apartments. (you are allowed to smoke at the balcony) All apartments are equipped with water sprinkler system, as well as all floors has fire-extinguisers including waterhoses. The elevator can always go to groundfloor without using the plastic card. In case of emergency use the stairs. This building, "Residence H" is also equipped with electricity backup generator engines. So in case of electricity interuption from city, inhouse electricity backup will start automaticly/instantly.
