The clubhouse (that is directly opposite from ours) facilities include a pool, sauna, gym, and tennis court. Our house is in a private residential area in Rayong, a seaside district which is only about 2 hours away from Bangkok - perfect for escaping the concrete jungle. Close to lakes and many tourist attractions (large fruit market, national parks, aquarium, etc.), 5 km from the pier to Koh Samet, fishing trips, snorkeling around the islands, etc. A seafood paradise, you can either go to local restaurants or have food delivered to the villa, whichever you prefer!
