The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

En este acogedor alojamiento pasarás un buen rato. Vista al lago y a todo el campo. La conexión con el transporte público es muy buena, por lo que se puede llegar rápidamente a las ciudades de Zúrich, Zug y Lucerna. El apartamento está situado en un bonito barrio y el lago está a tiro de piedra. Allí se encuentran el Badi, una cancha de voleibol de playa y instalaciones de entrenamiento. El apartamento está decorado con materiales de alta calidad.

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

Steps away from nice forrest and amazing landscapes, couple of steps away from public transport. 20 minutes to city center and lake. Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Beautiful, confortable and full furnished flat in a "Le Corbusier" Style House 20 minutes from Zürich and 15 minutes from Rapperswil. ! End of September and October, the farmer brings cattle with clocks. This might be disturbing during the night.
