Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. The site has a shop, Indoor pool, newly refurbed in April 2024, clubhouse which has regular entertainment, children's playground and the added bonus of being right on the beach, Ideal for Eastbourne Airshow.

The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Our flint walled guest house is set in the quiet village of Hankham, near Pevensey. Ideal for relaxing, walking and biking. The guest house is self contained, with a hand made pine kitchen and lovely little private garden. There are horses in the stables, ducks and moorhens on the pond. Ideal for a couple that enjoy the outdoors and we can make up another bed or two for children. We can recommend some excellent biking and hiking routes to suite all abilities.
