Stay amongst the Scottish hills and lochs in The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Our private, no pets, one bedroom bothy is a cosy haven settled in Balquhidder Glen. Enjoy the wildlife as Deer, Red Squirrel, Pheasants and wild Rabbits will be your neighbours. Climb the many mountains in the area, some within walking distance of our front door or explore the local walks. Visit the grave of Rob Roy MacGregor or curl up infront of our woodburning stove with some hot cocoa and a good book.

Delightful chalet overlooking Strathtay

We look forward to sharing our lovely chalet with you. If the weather is fine you will wake up to fabulous views across the valley. There are several good walks right from the chalet, and once down the track the possibilities for walks or spectacular places to visit are endless. The dirt track is about 2 miles (3kms) long, and all uphill. All types of family car can make the drive with care. Not suitable for motorbikes or EV's. Due to the chalet being timber construction BBQ's are not allowed.

My name is Franny Morrison and I look forward to welcoming you to The Wee Treat. Set in the heart of Killin it is a short walk to the Falls of Dochart. The newly built studio offers beautiful self contained accomodation. It is situated at the top of our large, garden and is seperate to our house. The bifold doors offer easy access to the patio and the picturesque scenery. There is free off street parking and our Hot tub is available by arrangement at an additional maintenance charge.

The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! This beautiful 4-bedroom house in Falkland is ideally located for those who want to experience the stunning Scottish countryside and the historic villages where much of the Outlander series has been filmed. With plenty of space, a kids' playroom, and a spacious kitchen, it's the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. This property is not suitable for disabled guests due to internal stairs.

Our large detached studio contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower and a basic kitchen corner. Kaimes Cottage is situated between Braco and Muthill on the A822 and Gleneagles is only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Dunblane and Crieff, 25 minutes to Doune Castle, where "Outlander" was filmed.
