Birchwood Lodge is a log cabin just above the banks of Loch Tay and in the shadow of the Ben Lawers range of Munros, in Highland Perthshire. It features an open plan design with under floor heating. High House at Rannoch Station

Unique house in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the east. Rannoch moor is a place of peace and tranquility, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. Our much smaller Star Hut is also on Airbnb.
