The Arns Cottage

The Arns Cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone built stables into a cosy, luxurious retreat. Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

Renovated Hayloft

The Hayloft is a hay barn conversion into a new self-catering studio space, en suite with walk in shower and mini kitchen. Furnished with vintage Ercol furniture and luxurious Breanish Tweed handwoven in the Outer Hebrides. Comfy, light filled and airy with floor to ceiling windows. The Hayloft has its own private entrance, deck and garden area. (Please note we used to be a B&B- you will see reference to breakfast on our reviews however, since renovating we are no longer serving breakfast.)

Berry View is situated on a quiet berry and cherry farm on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. Enjoy free pick your own blueberries during August and September! The location is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful getaway but still have easy access to town facilities. The cosy cottage has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. The rear of the cottage has an enclosed patio, perfect for those visiting with pets. Guests can also enjoy access to a private beach by the river.

The Old Farm Office

Fliskmillan Farm is off the beaten track but within easy reach of St. Andrews, Dundee and Perth, and only an hour from Edinburgh. The views from the farm across the Tay are stunning. There are beautiful walks right here and sandy beaches nearby. The Old Farm Office has been lovingly converted into a cosy and quirky holiday house, run entirely on locally generated renewable energy and designed for family holidays. The Loft at the Bonnington Farm

Close to the amenities of Blairgowrie, the Loft is part of the Bonnington Farm Steading, which is located on a hill top with spectacular views to the south and west. The Loft provides warm and comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. There are wonderful woodland walks close by and It is a midge free place with lots of swallows and house martins. It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.

The Fox Den

The Fox Den is situated on our family farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Using recycled shipping containers that used to store our sheep feed during the winters we have renovated them to create a beautiful country retreat. Relax and unwind in this unique space with panoramic views of the trossachs from the roof terrace. Set amongst 30 acres of native Scottish woodland with walkways and only 1/2km from the River Forth, there’s no better place to enjoy rural Stirlingshire.

Dundavie Cottage, Aberfeldy

A unique cottage situated on top on a hill, beside a burn surrounded by trees, fields and sometimes sheep. Peaceful, clean air and tranquillity and only 1.5 miles from the bustling little town of Aberfeldy and within easy reach of major attractions and wonderful walks or for the brave hiking in the hills! Please note it is essential that you have car as we are not public transport friendly.
