Robins Nest is a detached Cotswold stone studio in a quiet beautiful valley. Bi-fold doors open on to a sunny, south-facing terrace contained within a private garden. Cosy and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with a luxury king size bed. It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

You’re just minutes away from several coffee shops & restaurants on Widcombe High St and of course the Bath City Centre itself. Enjoy your riverside walks ?.... no problem, the river is literally facing my place. My flat is on the 1st floor, it’s very light and airy with a recently renovated bathroom/walk-in shower and modern kitchen with Bosch appliances.
