Country home, 10 minute walk to the beach

Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom apartment within a traditional Cornish long cottage. It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. Holywell beach is a short 5 minute walk through the village and is known for its picturesque Gull rocks back drop and natural spring water cave.

The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

Our private patio overlooks the magnificent 2 mile long Perranporth beach. Situated on the coastal path, the apartment is equipped to a high standard, and the lounge is an excellent place to watch the ever changing sea from, whatever the weather! The restaurants and shops of Perranporth are a short (albeit steep) walk away, including the Watering Hole pub on the beach!
