Κατά τη διαμονή σας θα βρείτε ό, τι χρειάζεστε για μια τέλεια ξεκούραση είτε με φίλους, είτε με την οικογένειά σας. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

(It is forbitten for visitors to enter during quiet hours!)

Beautiful Greek natural stone house in the municipality of Livadi near Leonidio. Only 5-10 minutes to the climbing areas. by car 3-5 minutes to the beach of Livadi. By foot 12 minutes. Quiet location with a great view from the in-house pool of the olive groves and mountain landscape. The house has a kitchen and a large room with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed. A small shower room. Large terrace and pool with plenty of sun loungers.

My place is relatively close to the city center, 7 km and has a wonderful and unique view. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away. On the beach and a few meters from it, there are two traditional taverns offering delicious dishes. You can swim in the crystal blue waters of the beach, in our large clean swimming pool or walk on the green slopes above the sea, gazing at the endless blue sky and enjoying the ultimate balance of nature.

It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
