The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Efficiency apartment located one block from Historic Pendleton Village Green. Walk to dining, shopping & Historic Sites. Three miles to Clemson University & T. Ed Garrison Arena . Renovated space with King Size Bed, kitchenette, bath, & living area with Dish TV and 5G internet. Apartment is behind historic home where owners reside. Parking is available. The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Two bedroom, one and a half bath, two story apartment, minutes from the Clemson University, Anderson University, Southern Wesleyan Campuses, Hartwell Lake and Lake Keowee. Sleeps up to 8 guests, located on a working farm with views of the cows in the pasture and a great covered porch for watching beautiful sunsets and enjoying the sounds of the country all while witnessing the happenings on a diversified family farm.
