It has free parking for 6 cars in front of the house, heated pool, a large patio, BBQ, large table for outside meals, pool chairs and a beautiful garden, a unique environment. **HEATED POOL is $60 ADDITIONAL FEES per day, if requested, and works as 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. It takes 8-10 hours to heat up to 95 degrees, which is warm, but not hot.**
