Private Guest-House in the Redwoods

Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

For those with good knees there are 31 steps up to this 85 year old remodeled cabin in Felton that no longer has a hot tub. The Boardwalk and beaches of Santa Cruz are a 25 minute drive from the cabin. You will be deep in the heart of redwoods and ferns with sounds of the trinkling creek. Hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, large deck, views. Indoors has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, great room, gas fireplace, loft, master bedroom, guest bedroom, two bathrooms. I am not longer allowed to rent out the two ADUs. Quality furniture, comfortable beds, stylish sectional, large dining table.
