What we love about this house is the open concept. It's homey & warm. All furnishings & supplies (besides washer & dryer) are brand new as of May 2023. The neighborhood is safe & quiet, & the neighbors are friendly & keep to themselves. The house itself is centrally located. You get the small town feel, but are within minutes of the freeway. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

Little Big House

This property is perfect for spending time with family or friends. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch swing or head out back to the courtyard which has room for gatherings that feel private and secluded despite being in town. The entire back yard is designed as an outdoor hang out with swings plus additional covered seating, pellet smoker, garden and fruit trees, and even a fire pit, perfect for evening conversations or just relaxing after a long day.
