The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

The District 5 Schoolhouse was historically built "with not a single nail in the structure" in the 1800's. It still stands as a symbol of dedication to craftsmanship and community. Lovingly restored, preserving as much of the original soul as possible, it promises to be a luxury stay in understated sophistication with 100% linen sheets, beautiful kitchen/dining, lovely private outdoor space, tranquil idyllic work/recharge areas, and enough space to make your own history. You won't want to leave.

Glennhouse Getaway

Glennhouse Getaway is an elevated nature escape that is conveniently located between downtown South Haven, Douglas and Saugatuck, MI. It is beautifully surrounded by a private beach, sand dunes, driftwood, beach stones, and Lake Michigan. Enjoy the wrap around spacious deck, gameroom, the sunset on the beach (only 7min walk) or the stars at night by the firepit. Any meals can be enjoyed on our three season porch as well. With a stunning view of the lake, indoor/outdoor fire areas, and a serene yard, our home is perfect for a weekend away, a Michigan staycation, or even as an overflow home when visiting family. Our cottage exudes old charm with its rustic hardwood floors and cabin-like porch, yet it has the right amount of modernity with high-speed WiFi and newer appliances.

Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.
