Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Il B&B è stato concepito per ospitare le persone che, se lo desiderassero, potrebbero conoscere, all’interno del laboratorio adiacente e ben visibile dall’open space, l’arte della tessitura manuale.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Manderley 1 – Cozy house with garden by the sea

Un luogo dove riposare, sentire il rumore del mare: Manderley 1 è una piccola casa indipendente in stile mediterraneo. Gli interni conservano il fascino del passato con arredi d’epoca e un romantico soppalco in legno. All’esterno troverai un ampio giardino che arriva sino alla spiaggia, un patio ombreggiato dove fare colazione e un barbecue per le tue serate all’aperto. La casa è a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e autentica della costa ovest della Sardegna.

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

È un’ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge del Sinis, la zona di capo San Marco ( Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S’Archittu e Santa Caterina, oppure andare a visitare la sorgente di San Leonardo e le cascate, il pozzo di Santa Cristina o i numerosissimi nuraghe presenti nella zona.

I'm particularly attached to this house and I took care of all the details since the beginning of its construction: I wanted it to be minimal and elegant at the same time, but cozy and comfortable as well. It is an advanced energy efficiency building, equipped with a hydro massage bathtub, a large living room and private garden and a fine selection of Sardinian wines. Enjoy your stay!
