This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

Experience something different Our Tiny house with the amenities of home. Enjoy our very private spot in nature. Beautiful lake view. This is a tiny house. 280 sq feet including the loft. Lots of natural light. It’s perfect for relaxing. We are close to beaches, Sporting venues, museums the aquarium and Busch Gardens in Tampa. Situated between Epperson and Mirada lagoons. Wesley Chapel has movie theaters, mini golf, shopping and restaurants within a short drive.

1. Cotee River Tiki Hut

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.

A charming cottage nestled beneath majestic oak trees, combining country living within reach of city amenities. This comfortable space features one bedroom with a king size bed along with built in bunk beds in the main living area. Savor a morning cup of coffee in the screened back porch while enjoying the beautiful tropical foliage. Chickens, goats, cows, and a horse forage nearby. You could possibly be entertained by the goats playing on the roof-tops.
