The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

Hike, bike, snowshoe or ski the private two kilometers of trails, dive and sunbathe from your own floating dock or wade at a nearby sandy shore, relax bug-free on the screened-in porch listening to the sounds of Bardo's surrounding ten acres of mixed old growth forest, or venture beyond to nearby amenities.

Although we are not on the water, we are a 3min drive to a semi-private beach. Kayaks & life vests included (& delivered). Snowshoes incl in winter. Light breakfast is yogurt & fruit. Within walking distance to everything the town has to offer: 0.5KM to the Bobby Orr Community Centre, a 10 minute walk to the Trestle Brewery and 1 km from the harbour. Carol's Cottage has been carefully updated to pay homage to Georgian Bay, its history and how its geography has helped shape this beautiful town.
