Kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, dishes, pans, and utensils — perfect for cooking at home. Dining area with a round table can also serve as a workspace — guests say it’s great both for meals and laptop use. Living area includes a sofa bed (140×200), large flat-screen TV, and a cozy atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea or exploring the city. Sleeping area features a large, soft bed (160×200) with two pillow sets and fresh-smelling linens that guests frequently mention. Blackout curtains ensure good rest even during the day. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

The apartement is easy to access as it's on the first floor. It is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood near the beach. There is free parking in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for cooking - pots, pans, baking tray, different kniwes etc. The tap water in Pärnu is clean, has a very good taste and is good for drinking.

Located on the historical Supeluse street. During the summer time the street is only for pedestrians. It's very close to the beach ( 6 minutes) and bus station (6 minutes).
