Owners live on one side and share a wall with the unit. Separate entrance.

This is a off-grid tiny house We are under construction right now so we may have construction materials around for most of 2025, please understand before you book! There will be NO construction noise for your visit. Beautiful star gazing There is plenty firewood for all guests. Being off grid, we must save power and water at night almost unlimited power in the daytime Showers must be taken in daylight hours only. Due to being powered by solar only. No exceptions. The Parks Chalet is cute as a button. Located 17 miles west of Flagstaff near the historic functioning railroad that also leads to the Grand Canyon. This is a perfect home base to explore Northern Arizona. It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.
