A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her. Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
