A short 15 minute drive from Twizel, the cabin has easy access to all the natural amenities the Mackenzie Region is renowned for. Such as - cycling & mountain biking, tramping & hiking, snow sports, hunting and fishing to name but a few.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your stay at a classic Kiwi Bach located in a lovely private setting with direct access to the beach. This is a perfect place to unwind and relax listening to the ocean waves and native birds. The Bach provides everything you need for a comfortable stay whether it's for one night, or one week, as you travel the magnificent west coast. There is room on the property for a boat if needed, however we would require advance notice.

Experience it all with a deeper sense of connection - to each other, and to our surroundings.

Our cottage is on a beautiful 10-acre property in a dark sky reserve, and has amazing mountain views. It’s 17km from the town of Twizel, and offers both privacy & modern comforts. Visit Tekapo or Mt Cook then relax in a wood-fired hot tub under the stars. Very safe location. 50 mins to Mt Cook/Tekapo. 2.5 hrs to Queenstown.

The Tower, Okarito

The Tower is a comfortable two storey, seperate building with an upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It has excellent views of the sea and the Southern Alps. A warm, cosy and quiet space with a private garden. Free Wifi Downstairs is the living room / kitchenette area. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by external stairs (see photos). Awesome outdoor bath - great for stargazing. There are balconies on three sides of the tower.
