My penthouse is located on the 3rd floor in the center of Chania , in Koum Kapi area , only 1 minute walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes from the Old harbor. It has access to the roof garden where you will find especially for you a full set of garden furniture and beach chairs to enjoy the sea view!

It is located in the heart of Chania, on the edge of the old town, you can profit the nicest walks all over the town with no car need. 10' from the old harbor, 4' from the Municipal Market, 3' of Koum Kapi beach, in the heart of town nightlife. Not so convenient if you have a car, as it is difficult to park in town center.

Este apartamento es una casa de piedra moderna pero también tradicional, recientemente renovada (2020), en el corazón de la ciudad vieja de Chania. Fue construido a principios del siglo XVI como una fortaleza, con el único propósito de proteger la ciudad principalmente de los ataques piratas y constituye parte del muro veneciano.
