Summera family house @ Drios

The house is built on a plot of land that is 9.044 square meters surrounded by small olive trees and various Mediterranean plants. The construction was based on the principles of bioclimatic architecture, respecting the environment and the traditional architecture. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a kitchen. There is an outdoor shaded lounge area. A small pool (4*8*1.5 meters depth) next to the veranda. Villa Erato

Villa Erato is the largest of a complex of villas called Drios-muses. It is a three-level villa of a total area of 210 s.m, consisting of Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor with 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 single rooms and a sofa bed which accommodates up to 2 more guests. The villa offers as well a private swimming pool, an external stone built BBQ and traditional oven for hosting great parties! The villa offers a modern environment for fun-filled summer holidays.

Our cozy home in the traditional village of Drios is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The house features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined into a double. Both rooms have air-conditioning, spacious closets, and window screens. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, while the living room offers a dining area and a TV. Additionally, the house has a bathroom with a bathtub.
