We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. We built The Nook just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and spacious here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown, Sierra Nevada or Bidwell park. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. Enjoy a reserved parking space right outside the door. Private patio too. Need anything? we live a block away 👍🏼

Bright, spacious guest house near one-mile park

Enjoy a stylish getaway at this quiet, spacious, centrally-located studio guesthouse! Located within a short walk of Chico's One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Very fast WiFi. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

Centrally located and walkable to downtown Chico, Chico State and Bidwell Park. Located on a tree lined street in an upscale neighborhood. Come relax in this 1912 built original estate with lots of rich history. Tastefully upgraded yet still holds the older home charm with a perfect mix of old and new. Dual rain shower heads in a MASSIVE walk in shower, plenty of space for kids and adults alike. Don’t forget the POOL, perfect for cooling off after one of Chico’s many summer events! SO charming!

Tranquility

Relax by yourself or with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The night skies are amazing. If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

I guarantee you will quickly feel right at home. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Serenity Studio - peace, quiet and a hot tub

This charming studio is cozy, clean, and beautiful.
