Forget your worries in this private and spacious renovated lower level. Just steps away from Cocora beach. Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dinning table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their baby, who work full-time and spend their free time diving, and our cat Maddox. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Watch the magic sunsets from the expansive undercover deck whilst sipping your favourite drink.

Surf & Single Track.

The accommodation is one large self contained apartment attached to the main home with a private entrance. Its open layout has the beds, lounge room and kitchenette in one large open space. It borders Tathra's famous mountain bike tracks which can be accessed in a few pedal strokes. The beach and local shops are within a short walk. Tathra itself is surrounded by the Mimosa and Bournda National Parks.
