From the living room, you have a wonderful view of the river, and on a starry night, you might see the Northern Lights from the living room or the terrace outside. In summer, you can enjoy the midnight sun and watch the river sweep by just 10 meters from the terrace. Nature is just around the corner, so put on your hiking boots and head out for beautiful walks. Car traffic is almost non-existent, only a few private cottages nearby with private road / dead ends. The cottage is 90 sqm with 40 sqm loft and equipped for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a double bed on the loft, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and WC. (Blinding curtains in the two bedrooms, not on the loft)

Välkommen till en mysig stuga på 46 kvadratmeter bredvid Torne älven med promenadavstånd till Icehotel vintertid. Läget är avskilt och perfekt för att kunna upptäcka norrsken. Närhet till flygplats, mataffär och tågstation, men samtidigt ostört läge. Welcome to a cozy cabin on 46 square meters close to the Torne river. The place of the cabin is verry good for spotting northernlights and on a walking distance to the Icehotel across the river during winter.

Välkommen hem till våran gård. Vi erbjuder en stuga från 1970talet på våran tomt. Huvudhuset ligger alldeles intill, där vi med våra 3 barn och 4 hundaroch 3 kaniner bor. Vi har små barn och många projekt igång ❤ Även friluftsmänniskor som ägnar största delen åt jakt, fiske, hund och skogslivet. Är ni intresserade utav det så har ni hamnat på rätt tomt. Vi bor 10 km från Kiruna centrum och 3 km från ishotellet i Jukkasjärvi.

Tuolluvaara ligger ca 3 km från Kiruna flygplats, ca 2 km från Kiruna nya centrum, ca 6 km från gamla centrum och ca 13 km från Ishotellet i Jukkasjärvi (ca 15 minuter med bil). På grund av gruvbrytningen sker en spännande stadsomvandling i Kiruna och nya centrum öppnades i september 2022.
