Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.

Most people who visit Pagosa Springs want to spend their time outside which you can do here, even when you get home. The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
