The area was thoughtfully planned with modular homes on full city lots—each with private, fenced yards and paved streets. While some homes on the street reflect their age, many—including ours—are well cared for and updated. This is not a trailer park; it’s a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood that feels like home.

The bathroom features shower, bidet, lighted mirrors and boutique amenities, refrigerator in studio.. Our atrium is enhanced with live foilage and spiral staircase decorated with candles for a romantic ambiance. The king size bed is comfy and roomy. My husband Gerry is a home coffee roaster. His delicious brews are available upon request.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Perched above Powell with a wonderful view of The lake & mountains, with a nice porch with which to enjoy the view! We have an oversized 2 car garage, & room for a boat in the driveway. This is NOT the typical current day generic ABNB, this is our home. We work hard to make it feel like home! Kitchen is very well stocked. We are dog friendly, but we request a pet fee of $75 prior to your stay. please let us know that you have dogs at booking.

The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.
