Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Pred pár rokmi sme kúpili pozemok so starým domčekom v Skalici.Domček sme postupne zbúrali a postavili sme novostavbu so zachovaním pôvodného rázu. Domček sa nachádza v historickej časti mesta.Rozhodli sme sa ho poskytnúť na ubytovanie pre všetkých,ktorí túžia spoznávať krásy Skalice a širokého okolia.Skalica Vás okúzli svojimi historickými pamiatkami ,poteší vínkom v skalických vinohradníckych búdach.Tešíme sa na každého hosťa,ktorý k nám zavíta a veríme,že bude u nás spokojný.Rod.Košíková

Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg, romanischer Kirche, gotischem Karner und viel Natur zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich Am Hauptplatz in der Gemeinde Ladendorf. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen in den Garten. Das Haus welches aus dem 70er Jahren stammt wurde im Jahre 2020 komplett mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modernisiert und erneuert. Ladendorf liegt im Herzen des Weinviertels ca 8 Km von der Bezirkshauptstadt Mistelbach und ca. 35 km nördlich von Wien entfernt.
