A two minute walk to Moose Pond and one mile from Pleasant Mtn skiing in picturesque Bridgton, Maine. This cozy retreat is perfect for those who want a relaxing getaway in a fun-filled area in the heart of the lakes region. Guests enjoy a short walk to Association's beach/dock access and kayaks, and a short drive to tennis courts and pool. Hike, bike and explore Western Maine's mountains, lakes and villages. This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

The condo is a quiet family space in a great location: we are located 10 minutes to the Settlers Green outlets/ shopping, close to skiing, hiking , Saco River, Conway Lake and much more. Easy access to all the amenities Conway has to offer. Two portable AC units were installed in living room and dining room only . You will receive the code for the lock box on the front door in the morning of your arrival. ***Quiet time is heavily enforced 10:00pm - 8:00am***

We have a fully Air Conditioned unit! Pool is only heated in the winter. Heater is turned on 12/20/24. Pool is heated to 100 degrees. There is no separate hot tub. The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.
