The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning. The bathroom has heated floors. Please turn them down to 45 upon checkout. Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

Bright and airy 1st Floor walkout lakefront Condo. Completely furnished all linens and towels included. Bedding includes lots of pillows, and warm duvets for winter comfort. Flannel sheets for winter and cotton for summer, paper supplies, spices, oils, and basic condiments. I have supplied a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, microwave, toaster, large bowls and casserole dishes, and platters. A wood stove provides heat in the winter, wood and fire starters included,(Electric backup heat).

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

The condo is a quiet family space in a great location: we are located 10 minutes to the Settlers Green outlets/ shopping, close to skiing, hiking , Saco River, Conway Lake and much more. Easy access to all the amenities Conway has to offer. Two portable AC units were installed in living room and dining room only . You will receive the code for the lock box on the front door in the morning of your arrival. ***Quiet time is heavily enforced 10:00pm - 8:00am***

Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.
