We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds. Free fibre optic high speed WiFi (B4RN). TV with Freesat. What's not to like?

One spacious bedroom and a beautiful patio area overlooking a fishing pond. Well behaved dogs allowed.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Lune Valley Lodge

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

Nestled within the picturesque village of Beetham, Church View Cottage is a beautifully renovated former alehouse dated late 1700. The historic Cumbria village of Beetham stands at the northern edge of the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage provides a unique holiday retreat on the outskirts of the stunning Lake District World Heritage Site, the Yorkshire Dales and also within easy reach of Leighton Moss and Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserves.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
