This tree house is a cozy place to unplug. Guests enjoy private beach access to Marion Lake just across the road. This is an off-grid stay with an outdoor shower below the house and a chic outhouse a short walk from the front door. There is no WiFi, making it easy to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Meals are cooked outdoors on the propane grill, ideal for slow mornings, sunset dinners, and relaxed lake days.

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books.
