Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

En liten, koselig ettroms leilighet (26kvm) i toppetasjen på bygård på Majorstuen, mot Fagerborg. Veldig sentralt til alt, men samtidig et trygt og rolig strøk. Leiligheta er lys og trivelig, og har en fin sørvestvendt balkong som går inn mot en rolig bakgård. Her er det sol store deler av døgnet, når årstiden tillater det! :) Leiligheta har en veggseng som er 1.40 m, som slås ut fra veggen (OBS: Denne er tung!). Med utslått seng blir det trang og lite golvplass! Dette er ei lita leilighet.

MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendelerer i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
