You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING THIS CABIN. Rustic, Outhouse, outdoor (COLD water only) shower and tub. 4x4 or snow tires are recommended in winter. Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Enjoy your stay at this charming getaway on the shores of all-sports Rose Lake. Roast marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit, swing in the hammock, take a paddleboat ride, kayak with the loons, jump off our swim raft or relax on a lounge chair and listen to the waves lap the shore. An 8-person hot tub overlooks the lake. Nearby Cadillac, Caberfae Peaks, Cadillac Winery, Clam Lake Beer Company & Pine River offer more ways to stay active!

A simple getaway. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredibly designed cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes. Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away
