Guesthouse in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Located in the back yard of a well kept home. Very safe. Sorry, no events or parties. Sleeps 6 people. 1-bedroom with loft. 3 total beds. Private pickleball court. Easy access to walking, biking, and hiking trails in Utah Valley and only 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Private parking and a fully fenced large lawn to enjoy with a fire pit, hammock, and more. The mountain views are stunning. You'll love it here!

Cozy place with amazing mountains

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
